Running gets you fit to run — it doesn’t make you strong enough to run faster or stay off the physio’s table.

This Summer Pass gives you 4 strength sessions across the 5 weeks we’re running, coached by Arj in a group capped at just 3 people, so it runs like 1-2-1 coaching.

  • Tuesdays, 5:45–6:45pm
  • 28th July, 4th, 11th, 18th, 25 August
  • 4 of 5 sessions included — one week’s flexibility built in, in case you’re on holiday
  • Strictly 3 places

You must confirm you’re attending by the Friday before each session, or that session is forfeited (no refund, no rollover). This keeps the group small and lets us open any spare spot up as a drop-in booking.
