Initial Performance Consultation

£110 | Required for all pay-as-you-go athletes

Your first session is a Performance Consultation, not a standard training session.

This allows us to properly understand you, your sport, and what will move the needle fastest.

This session includes for example:

  • Detailed performance history & needs analysis

  • Sport-specific testing where appropriate
    (e.g. sprint profiling, force-velocity profiling, jump testing, running mechanics)

  • Interpretation of your data using industry-leading technology

  • Clear, applied recommendations based on your goals

  • Practical next steps you can immediately implement

This session sets the foundation for everything that follows and ensures your training is individual, targeted, and evidence-led.

Ongoing 1-2-1 Coaching Sessions

£62.50 per session

Ongoing sessions focus on implementation and progression, including:

  • Technical coaching

  • Physical development (speed, strength, endurance, robustness)

  • Progress tracking and adjustments

  • Long-term performance in mind

These sessions are where improvements are built and sustained over time.

Book 8 or more sessions and the Initial Consultation is included

Athletes committing to a block of 8+ sessions:

  • Do not pay a separate initial consultation fee

  • Receive a fully integrated assessment within their first session

  • Benefit from better continuity, progression, and value

Training Sessions Monday – Friday at 6am or weekends 9-12pm are bookable only on an ad-hoc basis. These sessions are £99.00 – £126.00.
